We want to give you the chance to try LOVEFiLM, so new customers are eligible for a 14-day free trial, absolutely free. If you decide LOVEFiLM is not for you, all you have to do is cancel your membership and return all DVDs before the end of the trial, and you won't be charged anything.

If you are enjoying LOVEFiLM, you don't have to do anything more. At the end of your free trial you will automatically become a LOVEFiLM member.

What's the catch?
None! Your first 14 days are completely free of charge. There are no hidden charges, and no late fees. Even the postage is free both ways - you just get your films, watch them, and send them back to receive more.

There is no obligation to continue and no minimum contract. If you like our service, at the end of the trial you don't have to do anything to become a full member of LOVEFiLM.

Why do I have to supply my credit card details?
We are legally required to confirm that all of our members are aged 18 years or older. It also covers us in case our DVDs are not returned.
